Munchy^™ Seat

The friendly character and vibrant colours of MUNCHY^™ the Caterpillar Seat provide an exciting and appealing seat for children. MUNCHY novelty seat is ideal for any children's play area, including schools, nurseries, children's hospitals, leisure parks, recreation areas, zoos, theme parks, tourist and picnic areas.

MUNCHY the Caterpillar Seat is manufactured in self-coloured Durapol^® material and is tough, durable and weather resistant, The unique interlocking system ensures each seat module is securely locked together. There are no finger traps or sharp edges as the modules are closely fitted and cannot be easily removed by children. Drainage slots ensure rain water runs off quickly and minimises any pooling of water on the seat.

MUNCHY the Caterpillar Seat is not a toy, and as a seat, care must be taken to ensure the fixing method is secure for the safety of children sitting on it. MUNCHY Seat can either be ground-fixed using concrete anchor bolts or supplied with PVC feet for a free-standing application. For additional security, sand ballasting is available for the free-standing option. The standard MUNCHY Seat is supplied in four sections (a head, tail and two seat modules) for simple self assembly. The seat has a unique modular design which allows it to be installed in varying configurations to suit any environment. The standard model can seat four children and can be assembled into two different configurations, an "S" or "U" shape. Additional body mouldings are available to create numerous configurations and to increase the number of seats. Each module provides two more seats.
